Wyatt Joe Broach

BROACH-Mr. Wyatt Joseph “Joe” Broach, age 61, of Graniteville, S.C., beloved husband of Sarah Lynn Salters Broach, and son of the late Robert H. Broach, Sr. and the late Helen Lee Pack Broach, entered into rest on Thursday, September 22, 2011. He is survived by a daughter, Angela Renee Carter of Beech Island, S.C.; sons, Wyatt Joseph Broach, Jr. of Leesville, S.C., Timothy Adam Salters and Christopher Shelton Broach both of Graniteville, S.C.; sisters, Thelma DeAngelis of Macedonia, S.C., Vivian (Jim) Ramsey of Afton, Tennessee and Ruth (Nelson) Mitchum of Macedonia, S.C.; brothers, Tommy (Sandra) Broach and Rev. Bobby (Lynn) Broach both of Graniteville, S.C. and five grandchildren. He was born in Greeleyville, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County. He was a member of Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville. Up to his failing health of approximately a year ago, he was an active Truck Driver with Tomahawk Transport. He was an E-5 US Army Veteran having served his country during the Vietnam Era. He shall be greatly missed by his family and friends, but he shall live on forever in their hearts. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville with Rev. Bobby Broach officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. Nephews and cousins will service as Pallbearers. His truck driving friends will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Saturday evening, September 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
