William P. 'Bill" Vanca

VANCA-Mr. William P. “Bill” Vanca, age 57, of Columbia, S.C., loving husband of Cathy Eubanks Vanca and son of the late William and Yolanda Deak Vanca entered into rest on Sunday, December 23, 2012. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Margie Lewis of Graniteville, S.C.; a sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Ben Borneman of Sherman, Connecticut; a brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Pat Vanca of Fishkill, NY; two grandchildren; a very special niece, Hayley Vanca and a very special nephew, Nathaniel Borneman. He was a retired Manager with Computer Science Corporation. He was an avid history buff and was very proud of his Hungarian Heritage. He was a loving husband, brother, grandfather and friend, and he shall be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched during his short lifetime on this earth; however, he shall live on forever in the hearts of his many friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening, December 28th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
