William “Jackie” Sizemore, age 67, of Warrenville, S.C., loving husband for 39 years to Cathy Kneece Sizemore and son of Janie Sikes Sizemore and the late William W. Sizemore, entered into eternal rest at his residence on Christmas Day, Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Amanda (Christopher “Chris”) Lind; a brother, Walter L. “Pete” Sizemore and grandchildren: Mallory, Ryan and Grayson. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a member of Burnettown First Baptist Church. He retired from S. C. Electric and Gas Co. as a meter reader with 30 years of dedicated service. He was an avid fisherman. He really enjoyed tinkering with cars and doing home improvements. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a kind man with a great personality. A man of his caliber shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during the 67 years that God granted him on this earth. Death is not the end for Jackie, as he has just made the transition to his new Heavenly home, where all is joy and peace. He now has a new body, and there is no more pain and suffering. A service, celebrating his life and homegoing, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jamie Bodiford officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
