Wilford Tracy Rearden

REARDEN-Mr. Wilford Tracy Rearden, age 81, of Graniteville, S.C, loving husband of Rosa Burnette and son of the late Reginald P. Rearden, Sr. and the late Maggie Lee Reece Rearden, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at White Oak Manor in Newberry, S.C. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters; Donna Hill of Dublin, Ga., Debra Helms of Monroe, N.C. and Jerry Dahlke of Prosperity, S.C.; sisters, Miriam Summer and Myrtle Clark both of Aiken, S.C. and Margie Bush of Graniteville, S.C.; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was born in Warrenville, S.C. and had lived most of his live in Aiken County. He was a Mason and a US Air Force Veteran having served his country during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a retired painter with the Aiken County School District. He enjoyed fishing and putting around at the lake in his Golf Cart. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, and he shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched along the way; however, he shall live on forever in everyone’s hearts. The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation for the loving support and care that was given their loved one during his stay at White Oak Manor, and also to all those who knew him. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 20th from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service which will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with Rev. Gene Wilson officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Chuck Rearden, Mike Rearden, Tommy Proctor, Daniel Sanders, Forrest Storey and Louis Storey.
