Wanda Elaine Kirkland

Ms. Wanda Elaine Kirkland entered into rest Monday July 5, 2021 at her home.
She was born in Americas, Georgia to the late Walter and Zelma Irene Kirkland. She was of the Pentecostal faith, and spent her time raising her family and working as a house painter. She had the sweetest heart of anyone you’ve ever met and had many lifelong friends, including her very special friend Elaine Holsenback Jackson. She loved her only son and granddaughter deeply.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Pamila Hawkins.
She is survived by her son Harold O’Neal “Amy” Barnes; brother, Bobby “Pat” Kirkland; sisters, Vivian “Wayne” Johnson, Edie “Clell” Osborn, Debra “Thomas” Scott, and Norma Jean Williams; granddaughter, Jordan Barnes; and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service celebrating her life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home at 3 P.M. Friday July 9, 2021, with Pastor Ashley Hawkins to officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and the burial will follow at The Historic Graniteville Cemetery.
