Tina Ellis Wright

Mrs. Tina Ellis Wright entered into rest on Friday, May 12, 2023, at her home in North Augusta surrounded by her family.

Tina Wright was the wife of Stephen “Steve” Wright for 29 years, in addition to her husband she is survived by Sons, David (Nanci) Ellis of Aiken, Jerry (Julie) Garris of Graniteville; Daughters Tiffany (Brittney) Slater of Beech Island, and Crystal Conaway of Graniteville; a brother Levon (Ann) Ellis of Wagner; a sister Angela (Mike) Boyd; 1 very special beloved sister Pamela Cheek of Toccoa; 9 grandchildren, Josh (Brianna) Ellis, Austin Hanson, Nicholas Garris (who she raised and that was her world), Corbin Garris, Scottie Garris, Annabella Hawkins, Sadie Jordan, Joey Ellis, Colt (Jessica) Merriett and on the way Joseph Garris; and 5 great-grandchildren, Greyson Ellis, N'riona Spencer, Nariyah Spencer, Naomi Spencer, Danielle Merriett.

Tina was the best mom we could have ever asked for and kind-hearted. She was a Gamecock fan and known to all as the glue to her family. Her mission was always to keep her family together. She loved her family dearly and will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Leander and Mary Louise Ellis; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Ellis who is predeceased by her husband Shad.
