Timothy A. Moxley, Sr., age 53, son of the late William Roy Moxley and the late Norma Jean Hutto Moxley, entered into rest at Aiken Regional Medical Centers on Friday, November 24, 2017. He is survived by his stepmother, Janet Moxley of Graniteville, S.C.; sons, Timothy A. Moxley, Jr. of Johns Island, S.C., Jeremy B. Moxley of Rogersville, TN and Dustin C. Moxley of Creedmoor, NC; brothers, Joey Moxley and Clarence Moxley; sisters, Sylvia Mitchell, Tonya Moxley, Tiffany Slaven, Bessie Possee and Stephanie Campbell; eight grandchildren and a very close cousin, Chris (better known as Hammer Dog) Stephenson. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was of the Baptist Faith. He retired as a Heavy Equipment Operator with SRS. His hobbies included fishing and Nascar racing. He was a loving, son and stepson, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during his lifetime. Death is not the end as he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. A service, celebrating his life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Gary Hanna officiating. The interment will follow at the Langley Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Timothy, Jeremy, Dustin and Joey Moxley; also, Chris Stephenson and Mickey Slaven. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening, November 27th from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist with the expense of the funeral.
