Sarah Margie Burke

BURKE-Ms. Sarah Margie Hook Burke, age 93, of Aiken, S. C., wife of the late Jimmie M. Burke, Jr. and daughter of the late Carol Samuel Hook and the late Carrie Bell Timmerman Hook, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 8, 2011. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Burke of Aiken and Michael Burke of Augusta; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Warrenville. She retired from Graniteville Company. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 93 years that God granted her on this earth; however, she shall live on forever in their hearts. A service celebrating her life will be conducted on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Branch officiating.. The interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens in Graniteville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
