Ruth Joan Kelley Conaway

CONAWAY-Mrs. Ruth Joan Kelley Conaway, age 77, of Graniteville, S.C., loving wife of Virgil R. Conaway and daughter of the late Charlie B. Kellley,Sr. and the late Jessie Mae Holley Kelley, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 28, 2013. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Mike Turner of Aiken, S.C.; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Paula Conaway, Dale and Olline Conaway all of Batesburg, S.C., Dean and Linda Conaway of Graniteville, S.C.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charlie B., Jr. and Sandra Kelley of Aiken, S.C., Jerry and Linda Kelley of Graniteville, S.C.; a sister and brother-in-law, Frankie K. and Glenn Hudson of Calabash, N. C.; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was a member of the Warrenville Revival Center. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during the 77 years that God granted her on this earth; however death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. She has finished her journey and is now at peace with her maker. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Monday evening, September 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service celebrating her life and home going will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the Warrenville Cemetery at 11:00 AM with Rev. Leroy Beard and Rev. Charlie Kelley officiating.
