Ruby Whitlock Redmond Edwards

REDMOND-Ruby Whitlock Redmond Edwards, age 94, daughter of the late James Whitlock and the late Emmie Williams Whitlock, entered into rest on Sunday, December 18, 2016. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Jackie Redmond; a grandson, Tony (Tina) Redmond; great grandchildren, Justin Redmond, Derrick (Kaitlyn) Redmond and April (Ralph) Graham; great-great grandchildren, Tyler Graham, Natalie and MaKenzie Redmond. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Beverly Redmond; her first husband, Cecil Redmond and her second husband, Willis Edwards. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a member of the Warrenville First Baptist Church in Warrenville, S.C. She loved her family, and they loved her. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 94 precious years that God granted her on this earth. Earth’s loss is truly Heaven’s gain. A service, celebrating her life and homegoing, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Arthur Zawislak and Rev. Steve Simpson officiating. The interment will follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The Deacons at Warrenville First Baptist Church will serve as Pallbearers.
