COOPER-Roy A. Cooper, Jr., age 35, of Bath, S.C., loving husband of Rebecca Anne Davis Cooper and son of the late Roy A. Cooper, Sr. and the late Vivian Ready Cooper, entered into rest at his residence on November 4, 2016. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Roy Andrew Cooper, III and Willie Dennis Davis; a daughter, Kaylan Stapleton; brothers, Stevie Dean Cooper, Ken David Cooper and Brian Cooper and a sister, Tonya Marie Rearden. He was born in Augusta, Ga., but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a self-employed mechanic by trade. His family stated that he was a big “Old Teddy Bear” who loved his family with all his heart. He would do anything for anybody who needed help and would give you the shirt off his back, if he thought you needed it. He shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched during his lifetime. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his family and loved ones. A service, celebrating his life, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ron Doss and Rev. Lance Thomas officiating. The interment will follow at the Langley Cemetery in Langley, S.C. The Pallbearers will be Wayne Driggers, III, Devin Cooper, Patrick Rearden, Dillon Driggers, Cole Lovette, Stevie Cooper, Andrew Cooper, Matthew Cooper and Travis Cooper.
