Robert Lee Medlock

Mr. Robert Lee Medlock, 93, entered into rest at his home surrounded by family on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

He is preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Medlock; parents, Wade Hampton and Maude Irene Medlock; daughter, Beth Medlock; brothers, Roger W. Medlock, Wade Medlock Jr.; and sisters, Florence I. Medlock, Lois L. Medlock, Virginia M. Medlock, Rudy Ann Medlock.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Everlee Medlock; sons, Tim (Glenda) Medlock, Stephen Medlock; stepson, Lynn McDaniel; stepdaughter, Sherri (Jeff) Jenik; brother, James Medlock; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Robert worked with DuPont at SRS as a locksmith for 36 years before starting his own business Meds Lock and Key. He enjoyed working on his classic cars, and gardening. He was a long-time member of Breezy Hill Baptist Church. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.

A Funeral Service Celebrating his life will be held at Breezy Hill Baptist Church in Graniteville, S.C. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 11 A.M. with Pastor Philip Napier and Pastor Tim Goodwin to officiate. The burial will follow immediately at Bethany Cemetery in Aiken, S.C. The family will receive friends at the church 1 hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Robert’s memory be made to Breezy Hill Baptist Church, 612 Ascauga Lake Rd #3401, Graniteville, SC 29829.
