Robert Allen Hambrick

Robert Allen Hambrick, age 93, beloved husband of 39 years to Mrs. Miriam Wood Hambrick, entered into rest on Sunday November 17, 2024.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Bobby Hambrick, Jr., Gail Hambrick, Cindy Hambrick; step children, Dean (Abigail) Hambrick; Cindi Autry; brothers, Bill Hambrick, Gary Hambrick; sisters, Jean McCoy, Doris Thompson; many grandchildren and great grand children.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Lee, Sr. and Florence Ellen Holloman Hambrick; brothers, Alfred Lee Hambrick, Jr., Charlie Hambrick, Jimmy Hambrick, Jerry Hambrick; and sisters, Evelyn Perkins, Shirley Sheppard, Joyce Arrington.

Mr. Hambrick worked in Civil Service for the Department of Defense at Fort Gordon until is retirement. He was of the Baptist faith. He will be dearly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched.

A graveside service honoring his life will be held on Thursday November 21, 2024 at 11am at West View Cemetery in Augusta, Ga. with Rev. Heyward Horton officiating.
