Regina Ann Kitchings Benson

Mrs. Regina Ann Kitchings Benson, age 84, beloved wife for 66 years to Mr. Donald Benson, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday February 13, 2021.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Jonathan Glenn (Linda) Benson, Donald David Benson; sister, Cupiedean Benson; grandchildren, Catherine and Cruz Hernandez; three great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and many cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Hollice Kitchings and Mamie Deal.

Her and her husband faithfully served the Lord in ministry in many different churches. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at 2pm and the Graniteville Community Church of God with Pastor Brandon L. Key officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Langley Cemetery. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at 28 West 44thStreet. Suite 609, New York, NY 10036, in memory of Mrs. Regina Benson.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the current pandemic, social distancing guidelines and masks will be encouraged for the visitation and funeral service.
