LOWE-Raymond Lowe, age 84, of Warrenville, S.C., loving husband for 48 years to Joan Crawford Lowe and son of the late Walter Lowe and the late Maudie DuBose Lowe, entered into rest at his residence on March 19, 2016. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Dianne Lowe of Martinez, Ga., Patricia (Phillip) Morgan of Holly Springs, N.C. and Gail Cosnahan of Augusta, Ga.; a brother, Steve (Kathy) New of North Augusta, S.C.; a very special granddaughter, who he loved with all his heart, Dana (Nick) Evans of Warrenville, S.C.; three other grandchildren and five great grandchildren who were all special to him. He was born in Bath, S.C. and was a lifetime resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a member of Mid Valley Baptist Church in Langley, S.C. He was a retired salesman with Aiken Distributors. He was a US Army Veteran having served his country during the Korean Conflict. He loved people, and in turn, he was well liked by everyone. His family was very dear to his heart, and next to them, came his love for his four-legged baby “Angel”. A man of his caliber shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched during the 84 years that God granted him on this earth; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. A service, celebrating his life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Burt Baynham and Rev. Stan Adams officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow the service at the Langley Cemetery in Langley, S.C. The Pallbearers will be Brandon New, Tad, Tommy Hill, Charles Rutland, Nick Evans and Kim Pennington. Memorials, in his honor, may be made to Mid Valley Baptist Church, 2534 Jefferson-Davis Highway, Graniteville, S.C. 29829 or to Aiken SPCA, 401 Wire Rd., Aiken, S.C. 29801.
