Mrs. Phyllis Widener Spradley, age 69, wife of 40 years to Mr. Frank Spradley, Jr., entered into rest on Friday October 21, 2022.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Frankie Spradley, Brett (Krista) Spradley, Glenn (April) Spradley; brother, Billy (Elizabeth) Widener; sister, Katie Yonce; grandchildren, Levi and Cooper Spradley; one grandchild on the way, Willow Spradley; nieces and nephews and countless "adopted" children she helped raise.

Mrs. Spradley was a member of the Woman's Missionary Union, a Sunday School teacher and a devoted member of Fellowship of Truth Baptist Church in Graniteville. Her sweet spirit and infectious laughter will be forever missed by her family and all whose lives she touched. No matter what she was going through with her health, she always had a smile on her face.

A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Sunday October 23, 2022 at 3pm at Breezy Hill Baptist Church in Graniteville with Pastors Gene Daggerhart, Caleb Coffin and Greg Turner officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Vaucluse Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be: Miller Roach, Adam Turner, Ryan Snipes, Josh Snipes, Justin Snipes and David Johnson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Taylor Widener, Donnie Cheeks, Lee Cheeks, Don Bryant and Richard Johnson.

The family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to Carla Campbell for her special care of Mr. Spradley during Mrs. Phyllis' illness.
