Phyllis Barton Friar

FRIAR-Ms. Phyllis Barton Friar, age 56, of Warrenville, S.C., daughter of the late Lonnie Edward Barton and the late Christine Green Barton, entered into rest on Friday, August 12, 2011. She is survived by a daughter, Christi A. (Scott) Williams of Warrenville; sisters, Brenda B. (Joe) Taylor of Graniteville and Sandra B. Raymer of Graniteville; the love of her life, Emile Couture of Warrenville; several nieces and nephews. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt and companion. She will be greatly missed by her family, the love of her life and all whose lives she touched along the way; however, she shall live on forever in their hearts. A service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Randall officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening, August 15th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
