Pennie James Lowe

Mrs. Pennie J. Lowe, age 66, loving wife to Mr. Ricky Lowe, entered into rest on Tuesday August 22, 2023.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, Natasha (Phillip) Branch, Brandi (Mark) Ingle, Travis (Lexi) Lowe; grandchildren, Liam and Ryder Ingle; and brother, John James.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe Maxwell and Betty Jean Crouch James; brother, Joe James; and sister, Teresa James

Mrs. Lowe was a devoted homemaker, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched. 

At this time, no formal services are scheduled for Mrs. Lowe.
