GAMBRELL-Rev. Patricia Ann Wells Gambrell, age 44, of Aiken, S. C., loving wife of Ricky Gambrell and daughter of Lee Wells of Aiken and the late Mary Madeline Green Wells, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 2, 2011. In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by daughters, CPL Regina Barber of Columbia, S.C. and Christina Carter of Kitchings Mill, S.C.; stepdaughters, Virginia Still of California and Teresa Petty of Union, S.C., a stepson, Michael Still of Williston, S.C.; sisters, Virginia Bridges and Mary Walker both of Montmorenci, S.C.; brothers, Dean Wells of Kitchings Mill, S.C. and Leroy Wells, Jr. of Windsor, S.C. and sixteen grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Wells. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C She was an Ordained Minister in the Church of God; and next to the love for her family, came her love to preach the word of God to her fellowman and to win souls for Jesus. Yes, she shall be greatly missed by her family and many friends, however, life for a child of God does not end at death; she has just made a transition to her Heavenly home where life and love never ends. A service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Grace Covenant Church of God in New Ellenton, S.C. with Rev. David Holdman and Rev. Edgar Foster officiating. The interment will follow at Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery in Windsor, S.C. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday evening, April 6th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Rev.
