Patricia Blythe Boone

December 31, 1969 — March 3, 2015

BOONE-Mrs. Patricia Ann Blythe Boone, age 71, of Warrenville, S. C., loving wife for 54 wonderful years to Rev. Robert Boone, and daughter of the late William Blythe, Sr. and the late Ella E. Wherely Blythe entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Angela (Wayne) Eggleston of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Cynthia (Dave) Dorsey of Phoenix, Arizona, Tammy Key of Graniteville, S.C., Patty (Ed) Ostapowicz of Wilmington, N.C. and Rebecca (Matt) Whittle of Goldsboro, N.C.; sons, Robert Paul Boone of Missouri and Richard Lewis (Helen) Boone of Aiken, S. C.; thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and her beloved pet, Jingles. She was born in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania but has been a resident of Aiken County most of her life. Her husband stated that she was the very best wife that anyone could ever have, his best friend, prayer partner, a prime example of what a mother should be with a heart full of compassion for her fellowman. It is quite fitting to say that Proverbs 31, verse 10: “Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies” would certainly apply to Patricia Boone. She has now left the side of her family and loved ones to be by the side of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched, but there is a consolation in knowing that she is in a better place where no more sad goodbyes are ever spoken in that land of endless tomorrows. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Thursday evening, March 5th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service, celebrating her life and home going, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Derald Adams and Rev. Merle Johnson officiating. The interment will follow at the Langley Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Donnie Turner, Clay Turner, Darrell Edens, Tommy Padgett, Andy Simmons and Robert Metts. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses. Napier Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. 29829 is in charge of the funeral arrangements. You can visit the online guest register at www.napierfuneralhomeinc.com.
