HANCOCK-Entered into rest on Saturday, May 1, 2010, Mr. Odell C. Hancock, age 81 of Warrenville, S. C., husband of the late Betty Gertrude Watts and son of the late James Marion Hancock and the late Irene Patterson Hancock. He is survived by sons and a daughter-in-law; Carlton E. and Debra L. Hancock, Clifford O. Hancock, Charles M. Hancock, Brandon G. Hancock and a stepson, Richard T. Maroney all of Warrenville, S. C.; sisters, Mary Fletcher, Leila Cobb both of Aiken, S. C., Betty Coleman of Statesboro, Georgia and Julia Hancock; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was born in Aiken County, S. C. and was a lifelong resident of Warrenville, S. C. He was retired from Clearwater Finishing Plant and did various other jobs during his lifetime. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a loving, caring and very hard working man, who will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched along the way. A celebration of his life service will be held on Turesday, May 4, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Diane Duncan and Rev. Chris Williams officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens in Graniteville. The pallbearers will be Randy Skillman, Richard T. Maroney, Marcus Bennett, Brad Hardy, Jeff Sharpton and Jerry White. The family will receive friends tonight, Monday, May 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main Street, Graniteville, S. C. 29829.
