STARK-Master Sgt. Curtis M. Stark, US Army retired, age 50 of Graniteville, S.C., loving husband of Laura Delrossi Stark and son of Julie North Stark and the late Thomas Stark, entered into rest at his residence on Monday, February 24, 2014. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by stepsons, William Vaughan of Graniteville, S.C. and Jason (Meg) Taylor of Nebraska; a stepdaughter, Jessica (Chris) Greco of Rutland, Vermont; a brother Chris Stark and a sister, Jan Stark; grandchildren, Joshua Taylor, Kaitlynn Taylor and Olivia Greco; several nieces and nephews. He was born in Carmichael, California and had lived in Vergennes, Vermont prior to moving to Aiken County, S.C. He was a US Army Veteran having retired after 23 years of dedicated service to his country. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend who shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during the 50 precious years that he spent on this earth; however death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his friends and love ones. A memorial service with full Military Honors will be held in Randolph, Vermont at a later date.
