Mary Elizabeth Turner

June 2, 1946 — July 17, 2022

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Turner entered into rest Sunday, July 17, 2022, surrounded by her family.

Born in Aiken, S.C. to the late Rufus W. and Mabel Harris Turner, Mrs. Turner attended Graniteville Highschool. She was a devoted Christian and loved her God. She enjoyed cooking, baking, doing word search puzzles, watching Braves Baseball and Gamecock games, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for being a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry Turner; and son-in-law, Chris Ewing.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Jordan (James) Hiers, and Lisa Jordan Ewing; brother, Donnie (Donna) Turner; sister, Margaret Turner; sister-in-law, Helen Turner; grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan) Chastain, Anna (Byron) Cook, Ryan (Brittany) Ewing, Adam (Rosa) Ewing, and Lexi Ewing; and 8 great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service, celebrating her life, will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 2 P.M. with Rev. Clay Turner to officiate at Warrenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Napier Funeral Home from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. Thursday, July 21, 2022.
