MUTARIELLI- Mrs. Mary June Leopard Mutarielli, age 85, of Warrenville, S.C., loving wife of John Mutarielli and daughter of the late Frederick Odell Leopard and the late Iris Neal Jordan Leopard, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Mary Mitchell and Diane Short both of Warrenville, S.C. and Patricia Valverde of Bensalem, Philadelphia; a son, Kenneth Gordon Mitchell of Gloverville, S.C.; sisters, Wyomie McRae of Alabama and Nell Leopard of Augusta, Ga.; a brother, Willard Leopard of Warrenville, S.C.; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was born in Warrenville, S.C. and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church in Aiken. She was also a member of the Queen City Eastern Star Chapter 141 for over twenty-five years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during the 85 years that God granted her on this earth. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. She has finished life’s journey and is now at home with her Maker, the Lord Jesus Christ. “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.†The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday evening, December 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service, celebrating her life and home going, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Phillip Lee officiating.
