Mary Clemmons Brown

BROWN-Mrs. Mary E. Clemmons Brown, age 55, of North Augusta, S. C., wife of Billy Laird, and daughter of the late Ollie Lee Clemons, Sr. and the late Alice Dyches, entered into rest on Monday, November 5, 2012. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Tonya Sumter and Nancy Garrett; sons, Bobby Nash, Jonathan Bell and Joseph Bell; sisters, Bernice Stoffer and Ann Robinson; brothers, Ollie Clemmons, Jr. and Billy Clemmons; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was born in and was a lifetime resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a housewife and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during the 55 precious years that God granted her on this earth; however, she shall live on forever in everyones’ hearts. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Williams and Rev. Floyd Hutto officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The interment will be private.
