Marjorie Elizabeth Moat Jones

JONES-Ms. Marjorie Elizabeth Moat Jones, age 95, of Aiken, S. C., wife of the late Robert Jones and daughter of the late Horatio and Elizabeth Moat, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 14, 2012. She is survived by daughters; Dorothy Stanford and Barbara Martinez both of Aiken, S.C. and Linda Holland of Spartanburg, S.C.; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was born in Bayonne, New Jersey but has been a resident of Aiken County, S.C. for over 50 years. She was a retired seamstress and was of the Lutheran faith. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She shall be greatly missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she touched during the 95 precious years that God granted her on this earth; however, life for her has not ended as God has promised eternal life for all who believe on Him. She shall live on forever in everyone’s hearts. A private burial will be held in Unicoi, Tennessee. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.
