Marietta Turner

Ms. Marietta Vinson Turner, age 84, entered into rest on Wednesday February 3, 2021 at University Hospital in Augusta Ga.

She is survived by her sons, Russell (Rita) Turner, Jeffrey Turner, Mike (Debra) Turner; daughter, Evelyn Stocum; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jody Turner; parents, Earl and Cecil Vinson; brothers, John F. Vinson, Jimmy Vinson, Paul Vinson; and sister, Rachel White.

A graveside service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at 2pm at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery, with interment immediately following the service. There will be no formal visitation.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the current pandemic, social distancing guidelines and masks will be encouraged for the funeral service.
