Margie Ann Conaway

Mrs. Margie Ann Conaway, 82, entered into rest on December 4, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jim Frank “Bill” Conaway; parents, Felder Curtis Cook and Azzilee Brown Little; sister, Carolyn Hatcher; brothers, Billy Cook, Bud Cook; and grandson, Chandler Smith.

She is survived by her daughters, Faye (Marty) Edwards, Pam (Phillip) Deason, Rachel (Carl) Silas, Tammy Gregory; 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Conaway retired from the Graniteville Company after 44 tears of service. She was a member of Warrenville Revival Center since 1961 and served as the church secretary for over 35 years. She loved her family, her church, and her God. She enjoyed shopping, treasure hunting at yard sales, decorating, working in her yard, and spending time with her grandchildren who she loved deeply. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and friend.

A Graveside Service, celebrating her life, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday December 9, 2024 at Warrenville Cemetery with Rev. Dean Conaway to officiate. 

Pallbearers will be Chase Blackmon, Chad Edwards, James Hudson, Adam Colyer, Austin Tripp, and Michael Sturkie.
