Margaret Jones Davis

DAVIS-Mrs. Margaret Jones Davis, age 66, of Warrenville, S.C., loving wife of Wayne M. Davis and daughter of the late Elmer T. Jones and the late Elva Lewis Jones, entered into rest at her residence on Thursday, July 10, 2014. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Lisa Devlin of Warrenville, S.C., Judy West of Aiken, S.C. and Grace Dupuis of Albany, New York; a son, Troy Mitchell of Warrenville, S.C. and five grandchildren. She was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and has been living in Aiken County, S.C. for the past seven months. She was a retired accountant from Southcoast Paper Company. Her family stated that she was a good woman and a strong fighter against cancer to the very end. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend who shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during her lifetime; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. Heaven is sweeter with her there. In keeping with her request, there will be no formal service or burial.
