Margaret Dunn Bryant

BRYANT-Mrs. Margaret Dunn Bryant, age 95, of Aiken, S. C.,, wife of the late Ralph H. Bryant and daughter of the late Elbert Dunn and the late Blanche Proctor Dunn, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 15, 2012. She is survived by a daughter, Donna (Dick) Smiley of Gainsville, Ga.; sons, Ronnie (Sylvia) Bryant and Eddie (Ann) Bryant both of Graniteville, S,C,; sisters, Betty Smith, Patricia Lang and Linda Barrott; brothers, W.E. Dunn, James Dunn,, Bobby Dunn and Charles Dunn all of Augusta, Ga.; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was born in McCormick, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a retired cloth inspector with Graniteville Company, and she was a member of Memorial Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, who shall be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched during the 95 precious years that God granted her on this earth, and even in death, life for her has not ended, as the gift of God is eternal life for all who believe on Him. She has gone to receive her much deserved “Crown of Life.” A graveside service celebrating her life and home going will be held on Saturday, November 17th at 11:00 AM at the Graniteville Cemetery with Rev. Todd Sessions and Rev. Gene Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM, at which time the procession will be leaving to go the graveside for the service. If so desired, memorials, in Mrs. Bryant’s honor, may be made to Trinity Lutheran Home, 213 Laurens St., NW, Aiken, S. C. 29801.
