Louise Frye Busbee

BUSBEE- Louisa Frye (Koochie) Busbee, age 72, of Graniteville, S.C., passed away on November 13, 2013. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, November 15, 2013 at St. James Lutheran Church in Graniteville with Pastor Barry T. Antley officiating. The family will receive friends at the church for an hour immediately following the service. Louisa was born on November 22, 1940 to Chester and Allie Beard Frye. She was an active member of St. James Lutheran Church, where she served as organist, pianist, choir director and taught Sunday School. She was also a member of WELCA and the Red Hatters. She is survived by her sister, Margaret (Sam) Wise; sons, Charles E. (Tonia) Busbee and Walter A. Busbee; daughters, Theresa Sanders and Michele (Michael) Berry; six grandchildren, Nathan (Taylor) Sanders, Jessica Sanders, Chase Busbee, Erin Berry, Haven Berry and Makenzie Busbee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse C. Busbee. Louisa worked for Graniteville Company for over 30 years.
