EUBANKS-Mr. Lonzo Eubanks, age 58, of Warrenville, S.C., son of the late Willie James Eubanks and the late Josephine Cochran Eubanks, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 15, 2011. He is survived by a sister, Lillie Ann Busbee of Gloverville; brothers, Charles E. Eubanks, Lewis Eubanks both of Gloverville, Freddie Eubanks of Calhoun, Ga. and Bennie Eubanks of Gloverville. He was preceded in death by brothers, Roy L. Eubanks, Willie James Eubanks; an adopted brother, Jimmy Courtney and a sister, Betty Hutto. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He worked at United Merchants for over 12 years. He was a member of Gloverville Pentecostal Holiness Church. He loved his family very much; and they stated that he just had a heart full of love for everybody. He also enjoyed catching and cooking fish. Needless to say, the family is going to miss their friend, loved one; and yes, their cook. He is probably fishing on the shores of Heaven, basking in the love of Jesus, and would not want to come back to this old sinful world of turmoil and strife. A service celebrating his life and home going will be held on Monday, September 19, 2011, at 4:00 PM at Faith Holiness Church in Clearwater, S. C. with Rev. Floyd Hutto officiating. The interment will follow at the Langley Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Brandon Huffman, Chad Busbee, Alan Perkins, B. J. Eubanks, John Mikell and Kevin Overby. The family will receive friends at the church, Sunday evening, September 18th from 4:00 to 9:00 PM. Family and friends may also call at his nephew’s (Floyd Hutto) residence at 42 Buckskin Court, Warrenville, S.C., Phone #706-877-5480. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main Street, Graniteville, S.C. 29829 is in charge of the funeral arrangements. You may visit the online guest register at www.napierfuneralhomeinc.com
