ARTHUR-Ms. Lizzie Randall Arthur, age 81, of Aiken, S.C., wife of the late Roy E. Arthur and daughter of the late Jack Randall and the late Minnie Watts Cox, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. She is survived by daughters, Wandra Kiser of Aiken, S.C., Sandra (Gene) Wood of Windsor, S.C. and Becky (Mike) Heath of Aiken, S.C.; sons, William (Dianne) Arthur of Graniteville, S.C., Wayne Arthur of Aiken, S.C., James Arthur and companion, Sandra Campbell of Sevierville, TN., Dennis Arthur of Wagener, S.C., Ronnie (Shannon) Arthur of North Augusta, S.C. and Odell Arthur of Graniteville, S.C.; a brother, A. J. Randall of Aiken, S.C.; thirty-six grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren. She was born in Windsor, S.C. and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was a member of Highland Pines Baptist Church in Aiken. She was also a member of the DAV Auxiliary Chapter #43. The family stated that she was a strong, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who never met a stranger. She shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during the 81 years that God granted her on this earth. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and she shall live on forever in the hearts of her loved ones. Earth’s loss is truly Heaven’s gain. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Thursday evening, December 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service, celebrating her life and home going, will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Clint D. Jackson officiating. The interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Park in Aiken, S.C. The Pallbearers will be Michael Kiser, Ronnie Arthur, Nickalous Arthur, Dennis Arthur, Tony Inabinet, Milledge Day and James Arthur. William, Odell and Wayne Arthur will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29210.
