Linda Jones Johnson

JOHNSON-Mrs. Linda Jones Johnson, age 64, of Warrenville, S.C., wife of Tim Johnson and daughter of the late Willie B. Jones and the late Ann Taylor Boatwright, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 30, 2013. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Henry (Teresa) Hall of Aiken, S. C. and Tim Hall of Gilbert, S.C.; a sister, Mary Helen Jones of New Ellenton, S.C. and four grandchildren. She was born in Batesburg, S.C. but has been a resident of Aiken County for over 50 years. She was of the Baptist Faith. Her son stated that she was a loving mother with a big heart, and he would also like to extend a “Special Thank You” to her niece, Sherry Trull for the wonderful care she gave to his mother during her illness. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched; however, she shall live on forever in the hearts of her family and friends. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at the Vaucluse Cemetery on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Chris Lowe officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside by 9:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials, in her honor, be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
