EUBANKS-Lewis H. Eubanks, age 60, of Gloverville, S.C., loving husband for 35 years to Mary Corley Eubanks and son of the late Willie James Eubanks and the late Josephine Cochran Eubanks, entered into eternal rest at his residence on Saturday, July 18, 2015. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Lonnie L. (Tiffany) Eubanks, Steven (Christy) Eubanks and Tommy (Jessica) Eubanks all of Warrenville, S.C.; a sister, Lillie Ann Busbee of Gloverville, S.C.; brothers, Charles (Cindy) Eubanks of Gloverville, S.C. and Freddie N. Eubanks of Calhoun, Ga.; six grandchildren and a special devoted friend, Kristie Harris. He was born in and was a lifetime resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was of the Pentecostal Faith. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a people person as he loved and worried about everyone, especially his family, and everyone loved him in return. Such a special man of his caliber shall be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched; however, death is not the end, as he shall live on forever in the hearts of his friends and loved ones. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. A service, celebrating his life, will be held at Faith Holiness Church of Clearwater, S.C. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Cecil Goff and Rev. Floyd Hutto officiating. The interment will follow at the Langley Cemetery in Langley, S.C. The Pallbearers will be Joseph Eubanks, Bennie Eubanks, Michael Kennedy, Freddie Lewis Eubanks, Lee Kennedy and Henry Carlin. The family will receive friends Monday evening, July 20th at the church beginning at 5:00 PM. Memorials, in his honor, may be made to the funeral home to assist with the expense of the funeral.
