Leslie "Lu" Thompson

Miss Leslie “Lu” Thompson, age 61, of North Augusta, S.C., daughter of the late Guy Thompson, Jr. and the late Barbara Posey Thompson, entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 17, 2020.  She is survived by her sister Angela (Rick) Key; a brother, David (Kaye) Thompson; nieces, Rebecca Cole and Ashley Burnett; a great niece, Madison Shuster and a nephew, Benji Thompson and many more great nieces and nephews.  She was born in New York but has been a lifelong resident of the local area. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a very giving and caring person.  She had a very generous and caring attitude in her work ethic; a quality which she also displayed toward her family and friends.  She also had a great love for her horses and her dogs.  Yes, she will be greatly missed by her family, many friends and also her animals. Earth’s loss is truly, Heaven’s gain.  In honoring her wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. Napier Funeral Home has been entrusted with these arrangements.
