HILL-Mr. Leonard “Tom†Hill, age 82 of Gloverville, S.C., loving husband for 60 precious years to Shirley Wall Hill and son ot the late Eugene Hill and the late Elsie Toole Hill, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 7, 2013. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Sharon (Randy) Gagnon of Burnettown, S.C.; a son, Freddie (Glenda) Hill of Gloverville, S.C.; a sister-in-law, Ruby (David) Doolittle of Gloverville, S.C.; an aunt, Eula Johns of Clearwater, S.C.; grandchildren, Lesley (David) Carlin, Tommy (Kristen) Hill, Heather Gagnon and Randy Gagnon, Jr.; great grandchildren, Tanley Carlin and Paisleigh Hill. Mr. Hill was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was of the Baptist Faith. He retired from Georgia Power Company with 35 years of dedicated service, and he was well known through the valley as the owner of F & T Motors. He was a US Navy Veteran. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and he shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched along the way; however, he shall live on forever in everyone’s hearts. The family will receive friends at the Napier Funeral Home this Saturday evening, March 9th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A service celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, March 10th at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Walter “Buster†Youngblood and Rev. Jack Scott officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Langley, S.C. The pallbearers will be Kevin Williams, Gary Galloway, Jessie Spradley, Eddie Newsome, Charles Truesdale, Charles Hurt, Jr. and O’Neal Hallman.
