ENLOW-Miss Karen Marie Enlow, age 55, of North Augusta, S.C., beloved fiancé of Donny Green and loving daughter of Ralph and Marie Gunnells and the late Larry Enlow, entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 24, 2011. In addition to her parents, she is survived by sisters and brothers-in-law; Kim and Danny Anderson of Warrenville, S.C., Pam and Dale Lamb of North Augusta, S.C., Bonnie and Terry Taylor and Bobbie Williams both of Oklahoma; brothers and sister-in-law, Perry Gunnells of Augusta, Ga., Mikey and Janet Gunnells of Clearwater, S.C.; nieces, Lauren Durden, Jennifer(Harley) Covington; nephews, Justin Anderson, Lance Durden, Jeffery (Shannon) Anderson, Matthew Anderson, Wil Lamb, Josh Taylor and Jordan Taylor. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Leona Whittle and her paternal grandparents, Albert and Myrtle Enlow and a brother, Ricky Gunnells. She was born in Augusta, Ga. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was retired from Delta Airlines with over 18 years of service and was presently working for Colonial Life Insurance Co. Karen was a jet setter and loved to travel. She enjoyed eating out and spending time with family and friends. She was loved by all who knew her, and she loved her Lord and Savior with all her heart; thus, life for Karen has not ended, because she will live on in the lives of her family and many friends. The Gift of God is eternal life and Karen has just gone to her new Heavenly home to receive her “Crown of Lifeâ€; to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. A service celebrating her life and home going will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Bill Branch officiating. The interment will be at the Graniteville Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Justin Anderson, Lance Durden, Jeffery Anderson, Matthew Anderson, Wil Lamb, Ben Hanna, Jonathan Green and Shawn Anderson. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Karen’s honor, may be made to the Children’s Church of Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church, Drawer H., Bath, S.C. 29816. Friends may call at the home of her parents in North Augusta, SC. There will also be a visitation at the funeral home Wedneday evening, June 29 from 6:00 PM. to 8:00 PM. Friends may also call at her parents residence in North Augusta, S. C. Karen will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
