Julia "Judy" Williams Williams

WILLIAMS-Ms. Julia “Judy” W. Williams, age 79, of North Augusta, S.C., wife of the late Gerald Ray Williams, Sr. and daughter of the late James Williams and the late Katie Ware Williams, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 29, 2014. She is survived by a son, Gerald Ray (Terri) Williams, II of Augusta, Ga.; a daughter, Lisa W. (David) Lauro of Virginia; grandchildren, Daniel Lauro, Mark Lauro and Christine Giacone; great grandchildren, Caleb Lauro, Myles Lauro, Gavin Lauro, Mason Lauro and Colston Munoz. She was born in Augusta, Ga. but for most of her life, was a resident of North Augusta, S.C. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. She spent her lifetime sacrificing of herself and giving to others. She shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during the 79 precious years that God granted her on this earth. She has finished life’s journey and is now at peace with her Maker. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. A service celebrating her life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Monday, September 1, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Shane Williams officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Sunday evening, August 31st from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
