Josie Annette Morris

Ms. Josie Annette Smith Morris, age 81, beloved wife to the late Louis Morris, entered into rest on Tuesday May 2, 2023.

She is survived by her children, Melanie (Allise) Riney, Suzann (Marc) Tumlinson, Valerie (Dale) James; grandchildren, Jimmy (Erica) LaGrone, Lisa James, Katie (Graham) Johnson, Zachary (Shandis) Highland, Josse (Ian) Kinlaw, Jonathan Stroup; and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Josie Lott Smith.

Ms. Morris was a Dental Assistant at the Dental College of Georgia and was a member of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church of North Augusta. She was also a member of the Belvedere Womens Club. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

A memorial service honoring her life will be held on Monday May 8, 2023 at 1pm at The Anglican Church of The Holy Trinity in North Augusta with Father Ross Guthrie officiating. The church address is 160 Merovan Drive. North Augusta, SC 29841. The family will greet friends in a visitation from 12pm until the time of service at the church.
