Josephine Green Walling

Mrs. Josephine Green Walling, age 84, beloved wife to Mr. Henry Walling, entered into rest on Tuesday February 8, 2022.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons, Ricky Sikes, Ronnie Sikes, Randy Sikes and Terry Sikes; sister, Jean Meeks; brothers, Rev. Benny Green, Eddie Green; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, sons, Joey Sikes, Wallace James Sikes; parents, James and Lilly Mae Green; granddaughter, Briana Sikes; brothers, Wade Green, Talmedge Green, J.C. Green, Thomas Green; and a sister, Eve Moye.

Mrs. Walling worked as a Weaver for the Graniteville Company and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. She will be deeply missed by all who’s lives she touched.

A funeral service honoring her life will be held on Friday February 11, 2022 at 11am in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Benny Green officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9-11am the day of service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Jason Sikes, Ricky James Sikes, Tyler Amerson, Daniel Sikes, John Richardson and Taylor Sikes.
