HARDEN-Ms. Joann Key Hancock Harden, age 66, of Aiken, S. C., entered into rest on Sunday, January 9, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Johnnie Key and the late Evelyn Stallings Key. She is survived by a daughter, Angela (John) Colyer of Ridge Spring, S.C.; sons, William E. (Deborah) Hancock, Jr. of Lexington, S.C., Chris (Sherry) Hancock of Vaucluse, S.C., Michael (Lisa) Hancock of Bath, S.C. and David Hancock of Columbia, S.C.; a sister, Catherine McCracken of Cleveland, TN.; eight grandchildren, Lacey, Johnny, David, Leeann, Kenneth, Tyler, Christina and Shawn and four great grandchildren. She was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend and shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched during the 66 years that God granted her on this earth. A service celebrating her life will be held in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 4:00 PM with Rev.Carrie Gordon officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Michael and Lisa’s residence in Bath, S.C. or at the funeral home on Thursday evening, January 13th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expense.
