NNINGS- Jerry DeWayne Jennings, age 49, of Warrenville, S.C., loving son of Jerry Watson Jennings and Sandra Anderson Sheppard, entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 24, 2015. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Paternal grandmother, Clara Jennings; a sister, Tonya Sczesny; a niece, Harley Trotter and a nephew, Matthew Goodwin all of Warrenville, S.C. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a member of Breezy Hill Baptist Church. He was an avid sports Fan, and he especially liked the Clemson Tigers and Oakland Raiders. He also loved NasCar. His mother stated that by his nature, he was rather shy; however, on the other hand, he could always keep you laughing. He shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched during his short lifespan. Death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 2:00 until 3:45 PM, at which time the procession will leave to go to the Langley Cemetery in Langley, S.C. for the graveside service at 4:00 PM with Rev. Bobby Bennett officiating. The Pallbearers will be Rev. Bobby Bennett, Matthew Goodwin, Keith Swearingen, Scottie Griffin, Randolph Hamlet and Josh Mathis.
