TURNER-Mrs. Jennifer Atchley Turner, age 67, of Aiken, S.C., loving wife of 47 years to Franklin Ray Turner, and daughter of the late George Atchley and the late Jackie Roberts Atchley entered into rest on Monday, August 22, 2011. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters; Karyn Martin, Denise Key and Sherry Koon all of Aiken, S.C.; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was born in LaFayette, Georgia but has been a resident of Aiken, S. C. for the past thirty years. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was a homemaker, wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved her family unconditionally, first and foremost; next, came her friends and animals. Needless to say, someone with as much love as she displayed, will be greatly missed by her family, friends; yes, her animals, and all whose lives she touched along the way; however, life does not end with death, for the gift of God is eternal life. A service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday evening, August 25, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. James L. Young officiating. The interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 2th from 5:00 PM until the hour of service. Memorials, in Mrs. Turner’s memory, may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
