JAMES ADAM SEIGLER

December 31, 1969 — November 4, 2010

SEIGLER-Entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 4, 2010, Mr. James Adam Seigler, age 75 of Aiken, S.C., loving husband for 57 years to Shirley Barnes Seigler and son of the late James S.(Jim) Seigler and the late Katie Fulmer Seigler. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kathy D. Williamson of Aiken, S. C.; sons, Terrry (T. J.) James Seigler and Robbie L. Seigler both of Aiken, S.C.; a nephew, like a son, Tony Melton of North Augusta, S.C.; a sister, Louise Gresham of Langley, S.C.; eleven grandchildren and fourteen grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy Lee Seigler; a brother, Willliam (Bud) Seigler, a sister, Jamie Owens, Hazel Widener and Eddie Mae Saverese. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken, S.C. He retired from Owens-Corning Fiberglas after 35 years of dedicated service, and he was also worked at Graniteville Company for 10 years. He was a member of Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville. You could certainly say that he was a “Good Samaritan” as he always volunteered to help his fellowman when they were in need. He was a good husband, father and grandfather and shall be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched along the way; however, life for him has not ended; just only begun in a better land. A service celebrating his life will be held Monday, morning, November 8, 2010 at 10:30 at Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville with Rev. Stephen Phillips and Rev. Jonathan Randall officiating. The interment will follow at Aiken Memorial Park, Aiken,, S. C. The pallbearers will be Roger Boyd, Richie Clark, Dean Mundy, Wil Mundy, Ricky Cox and Edward Whittle. The family will receive friends at the church , Sunday evening, November 7th from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Memorials, in Mr. Seigler’s honor, may be made to Christian Heritage Church, 285 Ascauga Lake Rd., Graniteville, S. C. 29829 or to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, S.
