James Calvin McKenzie

Mr. James C. McKenzie, age 78, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018. He is survived by his wife, Judi W. McKenzie; daughters, Michele (James) Hansen, Tane’ Miller; sister, Marie Hale; and three grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, John W. and Hazel Pringle McKenzie; son, James S. McKenzie; and two brothers, Glenn and John McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie was a loving and caring husband to Judi for 23 years and was a gentle soul. His constant love and care for her will never be forgotten, not only by her, but by everyone who witnessed this love story. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends, and his furry friend “Lacy”, whose lives he impacted in the 78 precious years that God granted him on this earth. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 11th, 2018 at the Midland Valley Community Church of The Nazarene, at 11 o'clock am, with the Rev. Kyle Poole and Pastor John Faircloth officiating. If so desired, memorial may be made to MVCN Music Ministry.
