Jack W. Shirley

Mr. Jack W. Shirley, age 85, beloved husband to Mrs. Frances Shirley, entered into rest on Wednesday August 28, 2024 at his home in Graniteville.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his son, Brian Shirley; daughters, Tyronia Randall, Belinda Wooten; sisters, Margie Busbee, Dorothy Graham, Joanne Roberts; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James A. and Iva P. Shirley; daughter, Cathy Barnes; brothers, Larry, Jim and Tommy Shirley; and sister, Mary Smith.

Mr. Shirley was employed by the Graniteville Company as a Loom Fixer. He is richly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and all whose lives he touched. 

A graveside service honoring his life will be held on Friday August 30, 2024 at 10am at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery with Pastor Stephen Phillips and Pastor Jody Padgett officiating. The interment will immediately follow.
