HYDRICK-Entered into rest on Monday, August 2, 2010, Mr. J. B. Hydrick, age 89 of Warrenville, S. C., husband of the late Florence Ethel Whitt Hydrick and son of the late Rev. Jacob Butler Hydrick and the late Lula Burckhalter Hydrick. He is survived by a son, Benny Hydrick of Warrenville, S. C.; daughters and sons-in-law; Helen and Wayne Crumback of Aiken, S. C., Brenda and Tommy Love of Appling, Ga.; a brother and sister-in-law, James and Cindy Irick of Montmorenci, S. C.; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S. C. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved animals of all sorts whether it be chickens, horses, goats, etc. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched along the way; however, there is a consolation in knowing that he is now free of pain and suffering. A service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 5:00 PM in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Hayes and Rev. John Arthur officiating. The interment will follow at the Warrenville Cemetery. The pallbearers will be the three grandsons; William Scott, Jr., Michael Scott and Bobby Cook and friends, Martin Posey, Tony Carroll and Donnie Splawn. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening, August 4th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Memorials, in Mr. Hydrick’s honor, may be made to Eureka First Baptist Church, 173 Johnston Highway, Trenton, S. C. 29847. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main Street, Graniteville, S.
