Homer Price Duffie Sr.

Mr. Homer Price Duffie Sr., 81, entered into rest on Monday February 3, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his first wife of 24 years, Mae Dale Duffie; his second wife of 30 years, Joann Duffie; his parents, Genesis E. and Lessie Lee Duffie; and grandson, Davey Reeves.

He is survived by his children, Abby Reeves, Homer (Vestel) Duffie Jr., Kristi Duffie, Karen, (Jerry) Brown; siblings, Catherine Holsenback, Missy Anderson; grandchildren, Wil Reeves, Sean Spradley, Briana Spradley, Erin Duffie, Jesse Mae Duffie, Alysa Dale Duffie, Destiny Duffie, Baylee Duffie, Chandler Eldeman, Michael Hardee; and great grandchildren, McKinzie Weeks, Leilah Weeks, Thane Duffie, Jackson Hardee, Blakley Hardee, Price Long, Lilah Icenhour, Gracie Spradley, and Noah Spradley.

Homer worked as an electrician all of his life and owned Duffie’s Electrical Service. He was a quiet hardworking man that always took the opportunity to help anyone that asked. He enjoyed joking around and spending time with his family who he loved dearly. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. 

A Graveside Service, celebrating his life, will be held at The Historic Graniteville Cemetery on Friday February 7, 2025 at 11 A.M. with Pastor Rick West to officiate.
