Herbert M. Kneece

KNEECE-Herbert M. Kneece, age 75, of Graniteville, S.C., loving husband for 53 ½ years to Laura Turner Kneece and son of the late Julian and Ida Mae Glover Kneece, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Sharon (Bob) Elder of Graniteville; sons, Bryan (Tracy) Kneece of Graniteville and Alan (Shawn) Kneece of North Augusta; sisters, Audrey (Warren) Kime, Margaret Kneece and Julia Shealy; a brother, Hubert (Elaine) Kneece all of Graniteville; grandchildren, Cody Kneece, Casey Kneece, Jordan Elder, Katie Elder, Taylor Kneece and Andrew Kneece. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Powell. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Graniteville, S.C. He was a member of St. John United Methodist Church in Graniteville. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, who shall be greatly missed; however, death cannot destroy precious memories, and he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, November 7, 2014 from 12:00 noon until 12:45 PM., at which time the funeral procession will leave to go to the Graniteville Cemetery for a graveside service at 1:00 PM with Rev.
